If cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fees will apply, but the hotel preauthorizes the total reservation amount.
If cancelled or modified 21 to 15 days prior to the arrival date, the 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of non show the 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged

One of the most famous settlements in Santorini is Imerovigli. Built 300 metres above sea level, it offers magnificent view of the volcano and the surrounding islands.
The narrow cobblestone paths and the traditional houses, have placed Imerovigli among the preservable settlements. A walk around the village will convince you for it. Visit the remains of Skaros (venetian castle) and Theoskepasti church.
Imerovigli has many hotels, rooms to let, super markets and cafes. Most of them are hanging over the Caldera gulf offering unique pictures worth to be captured in a camera.

Koula was very helpful in getting us everything we needed and provided great recommendations on restaurants, wineries and tours. I recommend a top floor room as it offers the perfect view of the Aegean Sea from a sizeable balcony. The complimentary breakfasts were of very high quality and variety. Fresh Greek Yogurt, omelette, rolls, freshly squeezed OJ, coffee of your choice and a cup of fruit. Great way to start the day. The quiet location was great as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to town and sightseeing. we highly recommend this hotel and would def stay there again. | 5 |

The room was clean, large and came with all the necessities. The complimentary large bottle of water was a nice touch and so was the welcome wine (we were there on our honeymoon). Breakfast is also provided which is very convenient as there is only one restaurant nearby-- though you'll be able to walk about 15 minutes into town (Imerovigli) for other options. | 5 |

Very well located, just 10 minutes walking to the Imerovigli village. Koula is a nice and helpful lady. Really nice pool and breakfast area looking the calderas. The only (little) negative point was that the water in the shower oscillates between hot and cold. Delicious breakfast, different every morning. Totally recommend this place! | 5 |

The reduced number of rooms and being a little way of Imerovigli adds to secludedness and privacy, which is arguably the most desirable trait for hotels in the island, after the view. Only downsides is that renting a car is somewhat a must (though it is walkable from Imerovigli) and that we found it more windy than other places nearby. All in all would easily recommend and would probably return, which I must say is a first. | 5 |

The hotel really does tick all the boxes: the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and different every day, the pool area is perfect: lots of room and confy lounging chairs and the views are like nowhere else. The staff is helpful and friendly and overall, you will not find better value for money than this.
